Winter Wreath

This is a little wreath that I made using my cricut and the leaf off of winter woodland. I just cut out a bunch of them and hot glued them to a foam wreath. I am going to add some of those red berries that you can get at Michaels or Joanns. I am happy with the way that it turned out because when i was making it wasn't happy with it at all :)

Thank " Yo" Card

I made thos thank you card for my mom because she taught me how to make these yo-yos. I just love them and I love that I can put them on just about anything and they only take about 3 mins. I think that it turned out good and I cant wait to send it to her. :)

Another Snow Man Card

I am addicted to stamping lately. I have never been much of a stamper but my sister really got me into it. She showed me how to color the images so they are not so flat and boring. I thought that it would be hard but it turns out thats its really easy. i used the Tim Holtz Distress Ink to water color the image and I think that it turned out amazing!

Carmel Apple Card

this is a carmel apple card that I made for my parents. I got the idea from Sam off of youtube. Her screen name is pinkaboo6991. She does a wonderful job of teaching how she did this. I had to custom make the envelope though.

WOW

I havn't been on here in so long i have just been so busy lately with summer and family that i havn't had time. I will try to post some stuff that i have been working on if i ever get it finished school starts in just 2 short weeks. I have to admit that i actually want to start school :)

Birthday

It's my birthday today :) I went to the water park here with some of my friends. It was awesome. I have been waiting for some of my other friends to send me a text or leave a comment on facebook or anything, but nothing. My brother got married 7 years ago today. You think that they would at least remember but no such luck. I am just so thankfull that I have great friends, sister, and my parents, and my boyfriend. They make everything great on my special day. :)

Card for my sister

This is a card that I made for my sister using creat-a-critter. I gave it to her with a mini that I made for her to decorate. I think that the card turned out really cute :)

Oh man....

It seems like I have been doing everyting except doing my homework and everything that I should be doing. I have been crafting a lot and making an even bigger mess in my craft room that I needed to pick up in the first place, but anyway I am going to finish my homework for this week and I am going to clean sometime, and I am going to be able to pain my ATG gun :) it's going to be awesome. I will post my projects when I get most of my stuff done.

ATG Gun !

I am so excited to get my ATG Gun it should be here today! I don't know when today though. I went this last weekend and it was so much fun. I wish that I would have taken more pictures but my sister-in-law got some good ones. She even got some of me getting stuck in the snow when we went 4-wheeling. It was really fun. I wish that my boyfriend could have went with me, but he had to work. I got to see my brother that I havn't seen in forever which was cool. I think that I am going to make a mini album for my mom and dad of the camping that we do this summer. My mom loves to scrap but she is way too busy to do it. Both of my parents have their own busines, and they are both very busy. My dad has a body shop where he works on cars and runs a wrecker, and my mom has an embrodery shop where she designs logos and stuff for companies and then she puts them on shirts and stuff. It's really cool but it keeps her busy because she has to work in the body shop and then do her shop stuff late at night. Anyway I think that it would be cool to make her a mini album so that she has some.... maybe I will just give her a blank one that she can fill up but I think that would just be adding to the list of things that she has to do. Anyway I should go do some homework or something and make the time go by until my ATG Gun gets here. I hope that I love it as much as everyone else seems to :)

Thanks "Following the paper trail"

I can't tell you enough how much of an inspiration Laura at following the paper trail has been to me. She is the best at making mini albums. I have been working on a mini album that she posted to her blog a couple days ago. I will put up some pictures when I get done with it. I think that I am going to send it to my sister because she has been really busy lately and I know that she really want's to get into the scrapbooking. I think that I am going to make on for my mom to because she is really busy too. She works two jobs and helps my sister babysit. She loves to scrapbook but she is so busy. I think that I am just going to give her a little bit of a head start :) I will post them later when I get done with them.

School again.

Well school has started again and everything is going to get crazy again. I don't think that I am going to be able to do much scrapbooking or anything. I just havn't been feeling it latley. I really wanted to make a mini book for my mom for mother's day. She has so many pictures of the grandkids and no where to put them. First I need an idea. ... well I have an idea but I don't know if it is going to work I just don't know. There is so much stuff going on right now.

Excited for summer

I can't wait for the weather to get nice and stay that way. It's going to be raining all weekend. I am helping my boyfriend find a job so he can move here. Because of school he won't be living with me but we have a place worked out that he can rent and we can keep our puppy. I think that it's going to work out. I just hope that he finds a job, and it's something that he likes. He has put in for a ton of jobs.

Crazy week

It is going to be a crazy week. I am helping my best friend get ready for her wedding. I think that we are getting everything done, and I am super excited :) I know that she is getting excited. I can't wait to get some pictures so that I can make her a scrapbook. It's going to be part of her wedding present. I don't know what else I am going to do. I think that I might get her a quilt that matches the bedroom in the house that they are moving into to after the wedding.

I'm back.

I havn't been able to post because I was gone to Canada on a trip with the school. We went to see body worlds. It was really amazing. It is the second time that I have see it, but the other one that I saw was based on the circulatory system and the heart. This one is centerd on the brain and the nervouse system.  I had a lot of fun on the trip. After we got home I drove two and a half hours to my parents house so that I could see my mom for mother's day. She loved her card by the way. :) This week is going to be busy and I don't think that I am going to have a lot of time to make much. I have to get the scrapbook done for my friend for her birthday that was May 2nd. I am a little late but I had so much stuff going on I couldn't get it done.

Card for Alice

This is the card that I made for my friend Alice. I use to work with her, but with school I havn't been able to see her as much as i use to. I think she will like the card.

Diaper Cake

This is the diaper cake that I made for my sister's baby shower. I think that it turned out good seeing as how it's the first one that I have ever made :) I made the blocks with my gypsy and I put some onesies that I decorated in them. I put the prima flowers on white pipe cleaners and stuck them inbetween the diapers so that she could use them again later because she is getting into scrapbooking too.  She really liked it, and I think that everyone else did too :)

Birthday card

I am done with school.... for now :) I made my mom a birthday card, because her birthday is tomorrow. I am going to send it tomorrow and she is probably going to get it a day late but what do you do. I am also going to make a card for my friend Alice and send it to her. I have been so busy with school that I have kind of lost touch with everyone that doesn't go to school with me. :( I guess that's what cards are for :)

This is the inside of the card it's kind of hard to see but the fly has little vellum wings and I used the black middle from the "O" on hoppy to make the body.

Final :/

I have about 2 hours until I take my fianl. I just can't wait to get it over with! Then I am going to come home and make a birthday card for my mom, and I need to think about what I am going to make her for Mother's Day. I am going to have to get it done and in the mail before Friday because I am going to be going to Canada to go see Body Worlds. I think that it's goign to be a lot of fun :)

Something new

This is all very new to me. I am just a college student trying to keep my stress levels down by making stuff. My boyfriend and family are very supportive and I love them a lot. I have one more final before I am done with this semester and I can't wait for it to be over. Don't get me wrong I love school, but it is really stressful. I really should go study for it now.
